Shipping & returns

Shipping

• We ship to all countries of the European Union.
• Netherlands: shipped with PostNL. Other EU countries: shipped with DHL.
• Shipping costs: [INVULLEN: bedrag voor Nederland (PostNL) en voor de andere EU-landen (DHL), en eventueel “gratis vanaf €…”]
• Delivery time: [INVULLEN: bijv. binnen 2–4 werkdagen in huis]. If something is unique or made to order, the delivery time is shown on the product page.
• You’ll receive a tracking code as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Digital products

Digital products (such as music, printables and templates) are available as a download straight after payment, via the confirmation email and in your account. There are no shipping costs.

Cooling-off period and returns

If you buy a physical product as a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive it. During that time you may return the product without giving a reason.

1. Let us know within 14 days of receipt that you want to return something, via the contact form or by email to hallo@leukedingenenzo.nl. You can use the model form in the terms and conditions for this.
2. Send the product back within 14 days after that to [INVULLEN: retouradres], well packed and as far as possible in its original condition.
3. You’ll get the purchase price back, including the standard shipping costs, within 14 days of us receiving your notice. We may wait until the product has arrived (or until you send proof of shipment).

The cost of sending the product back is [INVULLEN: voor de klant / voor ons].

Exceptions

• Digital products: no cooling-off period once the download is available, but only if you explicitly stated at checkout that you want to receive the product immediately and know that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result.
• Made to measure or personalised: products made especially for you cannot be returned. This will be stated on the product page.

Vintage & preloved

Vintage and preloved items have been used and may show signs of wear. We describe their condition as honestly as possible and show any defects in the photos. The same 14-day cooling-off period applies to these items.

Damaged or not right?

Does something arrive damaged, or isn’t it right? Let us know within a reasonable time, preferably with a photo. We’ll sort it out together: with a replacement, a repair or your money back. Your statutory rights always apply.

Later: sales by makers

Once makers also sell through leuke dingen en zo, a maker may ship items themselves. The product page will then show where it comes from and what the delivery time is.
