Privacy policy

What we do with your data. In short: only what’s necessary.

Who is responsible?

[INVULLEN: handelsnaam en eigenaar], [INVULLEN: adres], hallo@leukedingenenzo.nl is responsible for processing your personal data via leukedingenenzo.nl.

What data and why

  • Ordering: name, address, email address, phone number (optional) and what you order. Needed to deliver and invoice your order (performance of the contract).
  • Payment: your payment is handled by a payment provider [INVULLEN: naam betaalprovider, bijv. Stripe]. We don’t see full bank or card details.
  • Account: if you create an account, we store your login details and order history.
  • Contact and maker applications: what you fill in on the form, so we can respond to your message or application (your consent).
  • Reviews: if you post a review after a purchase, we show your name (or just your first name) with your review.

How long do we keep it?

  • Order and invoice data: 7 years (statutory retention obligation).
  • Contact messages: until your question has been dealt with, then for no more than 1 year.
  • Maker applications that don’t go ahead: no more than 1 year.
  • Accounts: until you have your account deleted.

Who receives your data?

Only parties needed to run the shop: the website’s hosting provider (servers within the EU), the payment provider and the carrier that delivers your parcel (PostNL in the Netherlands, DHL in the other EU countries). Agreements have been made with them about protecting your data. We never sell your data.

Cookies

We only use functional cookies that are needed to run the shop, such as your basket and logging in. No advertising or tracking cookies. If anything is added later (for example statistics), we will update this statement and ask for your consent first where required.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. To do so, send a message via the contact form or to hallo@leukedingenenzo.nl. We will respond within one month. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

The site uses a secure connection (https). Only we can access your data in the shop’s back office.
