You can read and save them here before you order. If these terms conflict with mandatory consumer law, the law prevails.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 3 \u2014 The offer<\/h2>\n<p>We describe every product as accurately as possible, with photos that show the product honestly. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer (for example a clearly incorrect price) are not binding on us. For vintage and preloved items we describe the condition and any signs of use.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 4 \u2014 The agreement<\/h2>\n<p>The agreement is concluded as soon as you place and pay for the order. You will receive a confirmation by email. If we cannot deliver an order (for example because a unique piece has already been sold), we will let you know straight away and refund you in full.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 5 \u2014 Prices<\/h2>\n<p>All prices are in euros and <span class=\"invullen\">[INVULLEN: inclusief btw \/ zonder btw vanwege de kleineondernemersregeling]<\/span>. You will see the shipping costs before you pay; they are also listed on the <a href=\"https:\/\/leukedingenenzo.nl\/nl\/shipping-and-returns\/\">Shipping &amp; returns<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 6 \u2014 Payment<\/h2>\n<p>You pay online at checkout using the payment methods shown there <span class=\"invullen\">[INVULLEN: bijv. iDEAL, creditcard, Bancontact]<\/span>. The payment is processed by a recognised payment provider.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 7 \u2014 Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>We deliver to the address you provide with your order, within the delivery time stated on the site and no later than within 30 days. If we can\u2019t manage that, you may cancel the agreement free of charge and you\u2019ll get your money back within 14 days. The risk of damage or loss lies with us until the parcel has been delivered to you (or to someone you designate).<\/p>\n<h2>Article 8 \u2014 Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)<\/h2>\n<p>As a consumer, you may return a physical product within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receipt without giving a reason. For an order with several products that are delivered separately, the period starts on the day you receive the last product.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You notify us within the cooling-off period, for example using the model form below or via the contact form.<\/li>\n<li>You send the product back within 14 days of your notification.<\/li>\n<li>During the cooling-off period, you handle the product with care. You may inspect it as you would in a shop. If you go further than that and the product loses value as a result, we may charge you for that loss in value.<\/li>\n<li>We refund the full amount, including the standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your notification, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the product back or you have shown that you have sent it back.<\/li>\n<li>The direct costs of sending the product back are <span class=\"invullen\">[INVULLEN: voor jou \/ voor ons]<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Digital content<\/strong> not supplied on a physical medium (downloads), if you have expressly agreed in advance to immediate delivery and have declared that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result. There is a separate checkbox for this at checkout.<\/li>\n<li>Products made to your specifications or clearly intended for you personally (custom work).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Article 9 \u2014 Conformity and guarantee<\/h2>\n<p>We guarantee that products conform to the agreement and the description. If they don\u2019t, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation, in accordance with the law. Any additional guarantee from a maker never limits your statutory rights.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 10 \u2014 Complaints<\/h2>\n<p>Have a complaint? Report it as soon as possible via the contact form or <a href=\"mailto:hallo@leukedingenenzo.nl\">hallo@leukedingenenzo.nl<\/a>, with a clear description (and preferably a photo). We will confirm your complaint within 7 days and give a full response within 14 days. If we can\u2019t resolve it together, you can submit the dispute to the competent court.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 11 \u2014 Applicable law<\/h2>\n<p>These terms and all agreements are governed by Dutch law.
